Fabrizio Lo Bianco (sinh năm 1971 tại Cagliari) là nhà biên kịch và tác giả người Ý, hiện sống và giảng dạy tại quê hương mình.
Sau khi tốt nghiệp ngành Văn học hiện đại với luận văn về họa sĩ – họa sĩ truyện tranh Sergio Toppi, ông từng giảng dạy tại Đại học Cagliari về mối quan hệ giữa nghệ thuật đương đại và truyện tranh. Năm 2000, ông sáng lập và điều hành chuyên mục Fumetto & Illustrazione cho kênh Nghệ thuật của Tiscali.
Năm 2015, ông xuất bản tiểu thuyết đầu tay La guerra di Toni (Rizzoli), đánh dấu bước mở rộng sáng tác sang lĩnh vực văn học. Với hành trình sáng tạo đa dạng, Fabrizio Lo Bianco được biết đến như một tác giả linh hoạt, kết nối thế giới truyện tranh, hoạt hình và văn chương.
